Sr. Sales Executives/ Sales Executives- Retail , Industrial & Builder vertical

Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, MP & Rajasthan

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing in Industrial Products like Electrical Motors / Industrial Wires – Cables / Industrial Switchgears etc. to Industrial end User / OEM / Retailers / Dealer
  • Candidate should have exposure of working with Builders / Contractors / Architects.
    Plan and Achieve product category wise monthly Sales (Primary, Secondary) for the Region
  • Plan and achieve annual budget & collection,
  • Network expansion & Channel management strategies for each product
  • Credit Control & Outstanding Payment Collection
  • Sharing market intelligence with his vertical head to modify sales strategy deployed.

Experience Required:

  • Required minimum experience of 1- 3 years in selling electrical products like Electrical Motors / Cables / Wires / MCB’s/ etc.
  • Experience of Electrical Industry & Builders / Contractors / Architects will be added advantage.
  • Computer Savvy & CRM (Salesforce) Software Knowledge Preferable.

  • Adding more products to our kitty as per market relevance
  • Company brand building
  • Using various marketing tools to create market awareness about group AR
  • Creating repo and client relationship
  • Following with clients for payment collection if need be
  • Source and identify new potential markets
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Experience Required:

  • Required minimum experience of 5- 10 years as Business Development Manager.
  • Experience of Electrical Industry & Builders / Contractors / Architects will be added advantage.
  • Computer Savvy & CRM (Salesforce) Software Knowledge Preferable.
